Redux aka The Force Awakens Awakens

I keep hearing from a lot of people that this movie is on par with the original trilogy, and I happen to disagree (see here for proof). I have recently discovered that I am not the only one!

If you think The Force Awakens is a brilliant masterpiece, maybe you should check out this over on Grunge. I agree wholeheartedly with everything on this list (and maybe have added a few things of my own).

Will The Last Jedi make the cut, or will it be the hot mess its predecessor was? I’m not sure, but considering the previous offering, I’m not exactly holding a lot of hope. Nope. No theater release for me.

What do you think? Am I totally out of line for not taking garbage as gospel? Do you agree with me? Do you think some of these are valid points, but it’s still a good movie? Discussion is open in the comments below!
